Chúuk opened in the spring of 2018 to spread creative culture and hospitality within our community. 

Our team in the kitchen shares the vibrant food and culture of Mexico, which includes stone-ground heirloom corn tortillas and wood-fire cooking. 

The meticulously curated bar program pushes the boundaries of cocktail creativity in the Durham Region. We employ techniques like centrifuges, clarification, foams, infusions and more.
